Mabwysiadodd Llywodraeth Cymru\u2019r Confensiwn hwn fel sail ar gyfer llunio polis\u00efau i blant a phobl ifanc yng Nghymru yn 2004. Yna cyflwynwyd Mesur Hawliau Plant a Phobl Ifanc (Cymru), i gryfhau ac adeiladu ar yr ymagwedd hon sy\u2019n seiliedig ar hawliau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O ganlyniad mae\u2019n hanfodol fod pob ysgol a lleoliad yng Nghymru yn mabwysiadu ymagwedd hawliau plant at yr addysg a ddarparant i\u2019w dysgwyr.
